The importance of leading a healthy lifestyle is nothing new to me; I’ve been preaching these principles to my patients for more than two decades. Yet despite my extensive education and years of experience, my own health always ended up last on my to-do list. As my body started to change in my forties, I realized I had to dig deep and use my vast knowledge to create a new system. A system where I could simplify EVERYTHING and finally make my health a priority.

I’ve been there…
Hi there! I’m Christine. Doctor, scientist, educator, wellness enthusiast, wife, and hockey mom. I wear many hats, and my days are HECTIC. I spend much of my time caring for others, and I have spent years putting myself last on the list. Personal training, personal coaching, intense exercise programs, fad diets… I tried them all, hoping to find the ONE sustainable method I could live day in and day out, year after year. But I always ended up feeling empty and off track. Why? It wasn’t because I wasn’t trying. It wasn’t because I didn’t understand the science of how to be healthy.
The main reason why these “programs” fail is because NONE of them address your biggest obstacle: YOUR TIME! Not to mention, no one wants to conform to someone else’s meal plans or pay for expensive personal training sessions for the rest of their life. We want to eat the foods we love and find effective and not boring exercises. I realized that sustainable health could only come from a wellness plan that was so simple and so personalized that anyone could stick to it if they wanted to.
